Therapy for Disordered Eating and Food Struggles

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to know that your relationship with food feels off. If eating feels stressful, compulsive, shame-filled, or like something you have to control—it matters.
I support clients navigating:

  • Emotional eating, binge eating, or overeating

  • Restriction or yo-yo dieting

  • Compulsive exercise or food-related guilt

  • Bulimia and purging behaviors

  • “I don’t know what’s wrong, but food is a struggle”

Together, we’ll untangle these patterns and rebuild a relationship with food rooted in respect, care, and trust.

Therapy for Body Image and Body Shame

When you’ve been taught your body is a problem, it’s hard to imagine what it would feel like to live without constant self-criticism. I work with BIPOC, first-gen womxn to process body shame and reconnect with their bodies on their own terms.

I can help with:

  • Negative body image

  • Body dysmorphia

  • Weight stigma

  • Body avoidance or hyperfixation

  • Cultural pressures around appearance

This is a space where all bodies are welcome—and valued.

Therapy for Anxiety and Burnout

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic attacks—it can show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, procrastination, or constantly needing to “do more.” Therapy can help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim calm.

Areas of focus include:

  • Generalized anxiety

  • Panic attacks and health anxiety

  • Social anxiety and fear of judgment

  • Financial anxiety and scarcity

  • Burnout from work, caregiving, or code-switching

You deserve tools that meet you where you are and help you find relief—without pushing yourself to the edge.

Therapy for Cultural Identity & Imposter Syndrome

Being first-gen often means straddling multiple cultures and carrying invisible burdens. You may feel like you don’t fully belong anywhere—or like you're constantly “proving” yourself. I support BIPOC and first-gen womxn navigating:

  • Imposter syndrome and self-doubt

  • Racial and cultural identity

  • Generational pressure and perfectionism

  • Acculturation stress

  • Code-switching and the fear of “being too much”

Let’s unlearn the stories that disconnect you and reconnect with your power and truth.

Fees and Availability

I am a private pay therapist and do not accept insurance. I offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible, and we can discuss fee options during your intro call.

  • In-person in Thurston County, WA

  • Sessions for adults (18+)

  • The fee is $200 for a 50-minute therapy session

Whether you're just starting therapy or returning after some time away, I welcome you into a space of care and possibility.
